Rayher ring blank with sieve plate – adjustable blank for beaded rings

The Rayher ring blank with sieve plate (art. no. 2228521) is a platinum-coloured ring blank on which you can design your own beaded ring. The plate has a diameter of 20 mm and a sieve with holes through which you thread the jewellery wire. The ring band is adjustable, so it fits different finger sizes.

As the blank does not include any beads, you decide on the colours, sizes and pattern yourself. The plate has room for a single larger bead as well as for several small ones.

Making the ring

Thread the beads onto jewellery wire and pass the wire through the holes in the sieve of the plate. Finally, fasten the wire so that the beads sit securely. It is best to allow the wire to be a little too long, as you can snip off any excess with pliers, whereas wire that is too short cannot be lengthened. Lay out the beads on a surface beforehand so you can see whether the pattern fits the 20 mm diameter plate.
