Pracht Jump Rings Ø 5 mm Black, Pack of 30

Pracht Jump Rings Ø 5 mm in Black – Pack of 30 for Joining

The black Pracht jump rings, 5 mm in diameter, join chains, clasps and pendants when you make jewellery. You can also use them for craft and repair work. The rings are sturdy and easy to open and close again. With 30 in the pack, you have enough for several pieces of jewellery or for spares in case a ring gets bent.

At 5 mm, the rings are small and discreet, so they suit fine chains and small pendants. For larger connections, Pracht jump rings are also available in Ø 7 mm, also in black, in a pack of 20.

Opening and closing the rings

Hold the ring firmly with one pair of pliers and grip the other side of the gap with a second pair. Twist the ends sideways in opposite directions instead of pulling them apart. This way the ring keeps its round shape. Attach the chain, clasp or pendant and close the ring the same way until the ends sit flush against each other.
