The Rayher Heishi bead set in blue contains everything you need to make stretchy boho-style bracelets yourself. Heishi beads are flat, disc-shaped beads. Here they are made of polymer clay and can be combined with glass beads, metal jewellery elements and tassels. The set makes at least 3 bracelets, and according to Rayher the colours are coordinated to go well together.

According to Rayher, the set with multicoloured beads has the same contents; only the colours of the beads differ. So you choose by colour preference, not by quantity.

Making your bracelet

The enclosed instruction card shows you the steps. A few tips will help you get a good result:

• First lay out the beads, metal elements and glass beads on a surface in the order you want, before you thread them.
• Thread them onto the elastic cord, holding one end of the cord so nothing slides off.
• Tie the cord with a double knot and trim the ends short. You can work the tassels in as an accent.
• Divide the cord into three parts in your mind beforehand: 1 m of elastic cord makes three bracelets, so you use only one part for each bracelet.
