Pracht assembled end cap Ø 5.0 mm – black finish for leather cord and jewellery ribbon

The assembled end cap from Pracht in black neatly finishes the ends of leather cord, cords and other jewellery ribbons. You glue it onto the end of the cord with a little jewellery glue and then crimp it. The size is 5 mm (Ø 5.0 mm). 1 piece is supplied, so for a cord with two ends you will need two end caps.

Fitting the end cap

Cut the end of the cord straight and clean, and check beforehand that it fits into the end cap. Then put a little jewellery glue on the end of the cord, slide the end cap on and crimp it closed. Use the glue sparingly so that nothing oozes out at the edge. Leave the glue to dry sufficiently before the piece is put under strain.
