Rayher feathers are brown cockerel feathers for crafting, for example for dreamcatchers, small birds or other DIY projects. The bag contains 6 feathers in fawn brown, 5 to 10 cm long.

The feathers vary in length. Use the shorter ones for details, such as the wings or tail of a small craft figure. The longer ones work well as pendants or as decoration on the bottom hoop of a dreamcatcher. The warm brown tone goes well with natural materials such as wood, leather or jute twine.

Working with the feathers

To attach the feathers, you can stick them on with craft glue or hot glue. For dreamcatchers and pendants, wind a thread or a thin ribbon around the quill and knot it. Apply glue sparingly so that it does not run into the vane and stick the feather together. Try out the arrangement dry first.
