Städter dragon embossing cookie cutter – stainless steel cutter with pre-embossed design

With the Städter dragon embossing cookie cutter, you can cut shapes from dough, fondant or marzipan. Thanks to the pre-embossed design, the shape gets a surface pattern as you cut. The cutter is made of stainless steel and measures 8 cm.

The dragon suits Halloween and themed parties. You can also use it for crafting and modelling, for example with modelling clay, salt dough or FIMO.

Using the cutter

Roll the dough out evenly and chill it before cutting so that the shape keeps its outline. If you dip the cutter briefly in flour first, the dough releases more easily. Press the cutter straight down firmly so that the embossing shows cleanly in the dough. For fondant and marzipan, a work surface lightly dusted with icing sugar helps.

Crafting and modelling

With modelling clay, salt dough or FIMO, you can cut evenly shaped dragons for pendants, decorations or place cards. If you have used the cutter for modelling compounds, do not use it for food afterwards. Clean the cutter after use and dry it thoroughly.
