Städter Witch's Broom Cookie Cutter – for Dough, Fondant, Marzipan and Modelling Clay

With the Städter witch's broom cookie cutter, you can cut out brooms from dough, fondant or marzipan. It suits Halloween baking and fairy-tale themes. The cutter measures approx. 9.5 cm and is made of stainless steel. You can also use it for crafting and modelling, for example with modelling clay, salt dough or Fimo.

According to Städter, the cutter is rustproof, food-safe and dishwasher safe. It is spot-welded. The shiny stainless steel surface is easy to clean after use.

Cutting clean brooms

Roll the dough out evenly and chill it well so the edges stay sharp when cutting. Dip the cutter briefly in flour before each cut, or in cornflour or icing sugar for fondant. Press straight down without twisting. The narrow broom handle snaps off easily, so lift the shape carefully from the surface with a knife or dough scraper.

Also for crafting

You use the cutter in the same way for modelling clay, salt dough or Fimo. If you use it for modelling compounds, you should not use it for food afterwards.
