Städter Bone Embossing Cookie Cutter 3 cm – Small Stainless Steel Bones with Embossed Detail

With the Städter bone embossing cookie cutter, you cut out small 3 cm bones from dough, fondant or marzipan. The cutter is made of stainless steel and is pre-embossed. As you cut, it also gives the shape a surface pattern.

You can also use the cutter for crafting and modelling, for example with modelling clay, salt dough or Fimo. At just 3 cm, it suits small motifs, such as decorations on biscuits or cakes, or as pendants and decorative pieces.

Cutting tips

Roll out the dough, fondant or marzipan evenly and press the cutter straight down so that the embossing comes out cleanly. With sticky dough, a little flour helps; with fondant, use a little icing sugar on the cutter. As the cutter is so small, place the bones close together to leave little waste. The lower edge is sharp, so handle the cutter carefully when cleaning it. If you have used the cutter for Fimo or other modelling material, do not use it for food afterwards.
