Städter Bunny Embossing Cookie Cutter 6 cm – Easter Bunny for Dough, Fondant and Modelling Clay

The Städter bunny embossing cookie cutter (art. no. 160309) is a stainless steel cookie cutter with a pre-embossed design. You can use it to cut bunnies from dough, fondant or marzipan. At 6 cm, it suits Easter biscuits, small cookies or decorations for cakes and cupcakes.

The cutter also works for crafting and modelling, for example with modelling clay, salt dough or Fimo. The pre-embossed design gives the bunny its markings as soon as it is cut out.

Cutting out the bunny

Roll the dough out evenly and dust the cutter lightly with flour so nothing sticks. Press the cutter firmly and straight into the dough, then carefully lift the bunny out. With shortcrust pastry, the edge and embossing stay sharper if the dough is chilled before cutting and before baking. With fondant, roll it out on icing sugar and cut quickly, before it starts to dry.

Size and use

At 6 cm, the bunnies are fairly small. The series also includes the bunny in 9 cm and the bunny face in 5 cm. Clean the cutter thoroughly after use and dry it. If you use it for Fimo or modelling clay, do not use it for food afterwards.
