How to cut

Roll out the dough evenly and dust the cutter lightly with flour so nothing sticks. Place it upright, press down firmly, then lift it straight off again. For fondant, use a little icing sugar or cornflour instead of flour; for marzipan, icing sugar is enough. The more evenly the layer is rolled out, the cleaner the outline will be. The cutting edge is thin, so handle the cutter with care.

Crafting and care

With modelling clay, salt dough or FIMO, you can cut out the victory sign for pendants or decorations. A cutter you have used for modelling clay, salt dough, FIMO, soap or candle wax should not be used for food afterwards. Dry the cutter well after washing.
