Städter Embossing Cookie Cutter Cross 7 cm – Stainless Steel Cutter with Embossed Detail

With the Städter embossing cookie cutter Cross (art. no. 199446) you can cut out dough, fondant or marzipan. It measures 7 cm and is made of stainless steel. The embossing plate gives your bakes not only the outline of a cross but also a motif on the surface. The cross suits Easter and other celebrations.

You can also use the cutter for crafting and modelling, for example with modelling clay, salt dough or FIMO. The same cutter is also available in 5.5 cm for smaller crosses.

Getting a clean embossing

Roll out the dough evenly and chill it if it is soft, as the embossing stays sharper on firm dough. Dip the cutter briefly in flour before cutting, or in cornflour or icing sugar for fondant, so that nothing sticks. Press the cutter straight and evenly downwards without tilting it. If you use the cutter for modelling clay, salt dough or FIMO, do not use it for food afterwards. Clean it thoroughly after use and dry it well. Do not touch the cutting edge on the underside.
