Städter Embossed Cupcake Cookie Cutter – Stainless Steel for Dough, Fondant and Marzipan

With the Städter embossed cupcake cookie cutter you can cut cupcake shapes from dough, fondant or marzipan. The cutter has a pre-embossed design and measures 5.5 cm, so it suits small biscuits and decorations.

According to Städter, the stainless steel cutters in this range are rustproof and food-safe. The cutter can also be used for crafting and modelling, for example with modelling clay, salt dough or Fimo.

Cutting tips

Roll out the dough to an even thickness so that all the shapes bake through evenly. Lightly dust the work surface and cutter with flour, or with icing sugar for fondant or marzipan, so the cut shapes release cleanly. Press the cutter straight down and lift it off vertically; this keeps the outline intact without distorted edges. Clean the cutter thoroughly after use and dry it well.

Also for crafting

You can also use the cutter to cut shapes from modelling clay, salt dough or Fimo. If you have used it for this, do not use it for food afterwards.
