Städter Elephant Cookie Cutter 7 cm – for Dough, Fondant and Marzipan

With the Städter elephant cookie cutter, you can cut elephants out of dough, fondant or marzipan. The cutter is made of stainless steel and measures 7 cm. It is a classic cutter that cuts only the outline; there is no embossing.

According to Städter, the cutter is rustproof, food-safe and dishwasher safe. That saves you soaking and scrubbing after baking. You can also use it for crafting and modelling, for example with modelling clay, salt dough or FIMO.

Cutting Clean Elephants

Roll out the dough evenly and chill it before cutting, so the elephant keeps its outline. Dust the cutter lightly with flour and press it straight down without twisting. With fondant and marzipan, dust the work surface with icing sugar so nothing sticks. The trunk and leg areas are narrow, so lift the cut-out elephant carefully away from the edge of the cutter before placing it on the baking tray.

Also for Crafting

Salt dough, modelling clay and FIMO can also be cut with the cutter, for example for pendants, gift decorations or small figures. If you have used the cutter for modelling materials, do not use it for food afterwards.
