Städter Embossed Pineapple Cookie Cutter – Cut Dough, Fondant and Marzipan with an Embossed Design

The Städter embossed pineapple cookie cutter is made of shiny, rustproof stainless steel and cuts dough, fondant or marzipan into a pineapple shape. At 9.5 cm, it is large enough for the pre-embossed pattern to remain visible as a drawing on the shape. According to Städter, its stainless steel cutters are food-safe, dishwasher safe and spot-welded.

The cutter is also suitable for crafting: you can use it to cut modelling clay, salt dough or Fimo, for example for pendants or gift decorations. Please note that a cutter you have used with Fimo or modelling clay should not be used for food afterwards.

How to cut out

Roll out the dough evenly and make sure it is well chilled, so the edges stay clean. Lightly dust the cutter with flour, place it vertically on the dough and press down firmly. For fondant or marzipan, use a little icing sugar instead of flour so that nothing sticks to the cutter. Carefully release the shape without distorting the edge.

Care

You can clean the cutter in the dishwasher. Dry it thoroughly afterwards before putting it away.
