With the Städter teapot embossing cookie cutter, you cut teapots out of dough, fondant or marzipan. The stainless steel cutter measures 6.5 cm. It cuts out the outline, while the pre-embossed design also presses small details into the surface. You can also use it for modelling clay, salt dough or FIMO.

Cutting cleanly

Roll the dough out evenly and dust the cutter lightly with flour; for fondant and marzipan, use icing sugar or cornflour. Press the cutter straight down with even pressure, without twisting it, and lift it off vertically. Well-chilled dough keeps its outline and embossing better when baked. Use the same method for modelling clay, salt dough or FIMO.

Material and care

The cutter is made of stainless steel. According to Städter, the embossing cutters in this stainless steel range are rustproof, dishwasher safe and food-safe. The cutting edge is sharp, so handle the cutter carefully when cleaning and cutting. If you have used the cutter for modelling clay, salt dough, FIMO or other craft materials, do not use it for food afterwards.
