Glorex silicone mould – cast 6 jewellery pendants at once

With this Glorex silicone mould you can cast your own jewellery pendants. The mould has 6 designs and measures 87 × 74 × 7 mm, so you can fill several pendants in one go.

According to Glorex, the silicone moulds are soft and easy to release, and you do not need a mould release agent. They are suitable for various casting materials such as casting resin, Stewalin or Creative Beton. The soft mould bends easily, so you can carefully release the hardened pendants from the cavities. If you would like to cast more designs at once, Glorex also offers a larger mould with 12 pendants.

Casting your pendants

Place the mould on a level surface so that the cavities sit flat and the pendants are an even thickness. Mix your casting material according to the manufacturer's instructions and pour it slowly into the cavities. You can push small air bubbles to the surface with a cocktail stick. Wait for the curing time of your material before demoulding. If the pendant is to go on a chain or ribbon, insert an eyelet before it hardens or carefully drill a small hole afterwards.

Not for food after use with casting resin

The mould is intended for casting jewellery pendants, not as a baking mould. A mould in which you have used casting resin, concrete or similar compounds should not be used for food afterwards.
