Efco Round Wick Ø 10 mm – Replacement Wick for Fire Bowls

The Efco round wick Ø 10 mm is a replacement wick for fire bowls. It is made of 100% cotton and is tightly braided. The 1 m length can be cut into pieces, so you can refit the bowl several times as needed.

The 10 mm diameter is the thicker of the two versions. A thinner one is available as round wick Ø 5 mm. When reordering, make sure the diameter matches the wick holder of your bowl.

Fitting the wick

Cut a piece to the length your wick holder and bowl require. A sharp tool stops the end from fraying. Pull the wick through the holder and leave only a short piece sticking out at the top. The shorter the wick, the smaller the flame burns. A wick end that is too long, on the other hand, gives an unsteady, sooty flame. You can always trim it shorter later.
