The Efco wood burning stamp set (art. no. 1840107) consists of 7 different extra tips for the Efco pyrography iron (art. no. 1840001). You can burn decorative designs into wooden pieces without having to draw every pattern freehand. The product photo shows which stamp shapes are included.

With several tips in the set, you can vary the look of a piece, for example with a row of identical stamps as a border or with different stamps as a scattered pattern.

Getting a good impression in the wood

First do a test on an offcut of the same wood. The longer and more firmly you press the hot stamp down, the darker and deeper the impression will be. Place it down vertically and lift it straight off again so the design does not smudge. Work quickly and evenly when you make several impressions side by side, otherwise the browning will differ.

Working safely

The tips become hot during use. Let the pyrography iron cool down completely before changing a tip, and in between only rest it on a heat-resistant surface.
