With the Clover Large Pom-Pom Maker you can make your own yarn pompoms, for example for hats, scarves, decorations or gift tags. The pack contains 2 makers for pompoms approx. 65 mm and approx. 85 mm in diameter. Instructions are printed on the back of the packaging. The body is made of ABS resin and polypropylene, the pin of stainless steel.

How to make a pompom

Wind the yarn evenly and firmly around the arms from one end to the other. The middle part of the inner arm should remain slightly visible. Do not wind on too much yarn: according to Clover, this can lead to a poor result or damage the tool. Finally, cut the yarn, tie it tightly in the middle with a thread or yarn and remove the pompom from the maker. The tighter you tie it, the fewer strands will come loose later.

Multicoloured and in two sizes

The measuring scale on the arm helps you wind colour sections evenly when you want to make multicoloured pompoms. The smaller maker produces pompoms of approx. 65 mm, for example for bobble hats or charms. The larger one makes approx. 85 mm pompoms for scarves, cushions or decorations.
