The small triangular stitch markers from Clover mark the start of a round, pattern repeats, or increases and decreases when you knit. The pack contains 16 markers: 8 in pink and 8 in green. They fit knitting needles from 3.75 to 5.0 mm.

What sets them apart is the triangle shape. According to Clover, the needle tips slip in easily when you pass the markers from one needle to the other. That is handy, because you pass the markers from needle to needle on every round or row.

Using the markers and choosing the size

Simply slip a marker onto the needle when casting on or after a pattern repeat. As you carry on knitting, pass it from the left needle to the right needle. With two colours you can mark different points, for example the start of the round in pink and the pattern repeat in green. Size small suits needles from 3.75 to 5.0 mm. For finer needles from 2.0 to 3.5 mm, Clover offers size XS (art. no. 3148), and for thicker needles from 5.5 to 6.5 mm size medium (art. no. 3150). Choose the size according to your needle size so that the marker does not sit too loosely or too tightly.
