Fabric letter and number appliqués – iron-on or stick-on

With these fabric letter and number appliqués you can add names, initials or numbers to textiles and craft projects. Each character is 37 mm high and colourful, and can be ironed on or stuck on. Choose your colour from the options.

On textiles such as gym bags, bags or cushions, you iron the appliqué on. For bunting, paper, card or wood, you stick it on with all-purpose glue. Using several characters, you can spell out whole names or dates, for example for personalised gifts or room decorations.

How to iron on the appliqué

Place the appliqué where you want it and then proceed as follows:

• Set the iron to the "cotton" setting
• Cover the appliqué with a thin, dry cloth
• Iron for 25 seconds with pressure and a little steam
• Turn the fabric inside out and iron for a further 25 seconds from the back

Sticking onto paper, card and wood

For craft projects, apply a thin layer of all-purpose glue to the back and press the appliqué on firmly. For delicate fabrics, test the ironing on an inconspicuous area first.
