Fridolin 3D Paper Model Scorpion – Cardboard Kit to Assemble

Fridolin 3D Paper Model Scorpion – Cardboard Model to Build Yourself

The Fridolin 3D paper model scorpion is a craft kit from which you build a scorpion out of laser-cut cardboard parts. Assembly instructions are included. Once built, the model measures approx. 11 × 8 × 7.5 cm (W × H × D) and sits on a shelf or desk as a decorative piece.

The parts are precisely laser-cut from cardboard, so what you mainly need is concentration, patience and a little dexterity. The model belongs to Fridolin's "Natural Museum Collection" series, so you can gradually build up a small collection.

Assembling the model

Work through the assembly instructions step by step and only release the parts from the cardboard when you need them. That way you keep track and don't mix up any components. Stick the parts together with craft glue, which is not included in the kit. Apply the glue sparingly and hold each part briefly until it stays in place. Too much glue softens the cardboard and leaves visible marks.

Who is the kit suitable for?

The manufacturer recommends the kit from age 8. The components are fine, so it suits anyone who enjoys calm, precise crafting. Once built, you have a detailed decorative piece that you can combine with other models in the series to form a collection.
