With the police car crochet kit you crochet a small police car in amigurumi style. The design is by Christel Krukkert, and the finished car measures approx. 14 × 12 cm. All the materials are included in the kit; you only need to supply the crochet hook.

The kit contains a pattern in German, cotton yarn in blue, white, red and black, and toy stuffing. The yarn quantities are matched to all the parts of the car, so you do not need to buy anything extra. The kit also makes a gift for crochet fans.

Working the car

Follow the German pattern and crochet with a 2.5 mm hook. Amigurumi are usually crocheted fairly tightly so that the stuffing does not show through the stitches. The yarn quantities are set for each colour: the blue yarn makes up the largest share at 50 g, while white, red and black are used for details and accents.
