Flame Tree A6 Ruled Notebook, Marianne North Honeyflowers & Honeyeaters

A6 ruled hardback notebook with Marianne North's Kew Gardens design – back pocket and magnetic closure

The "Honigblumen u. Honigfresser" (Honeyflowers and Honeyeaters) notebook from Flame Tree Publishing is a ruled A6 hardback notebook for notes, a diary, travel thoughts or lists. It has 160 pages (80 sheets) of ivory-coloured paper. The design is by the artist Marianne North and is an image licensed from the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew.

The cover is printed in five colours on foil, embossed and then foil-embossed, so the design stands out to the touch as well. Inside you will find rose-pink endpapers.

Features for on the move and at the desk

In the pocket on the back you can keep loose notes, receipts or business cards to hand. Two ribbon markers can mark, for example, the current page and a section you often return to, such as a list. The magnetic closure keeps the notebook shut, even when the pocket is well filled. At 148 × 110 × 15 mm, the notebook is compact.

Who is the notebook suitable for?

The ruling gives you guidance for a diary, travel notes, collections of ideas or study material. It is also suitable as a gift for people who enjoy Marianne North's botanical work. If you write with a fountain pen or fineliner, try the ink on the last page first. That way you can see how it looks on the ivory-coloured paper.
