Aurora R1 Handwriting Exercise Book, A5, 36 Sheets, 8 Wide Lines

Aurora R1 Exercise Book – Handwriting Book with 8 Wide Lines for Beginner Writers

The Aurora R1 exercise book in A5 format is a classic handwriting book for the start of primary school. Each page has 8 wide lines, designed especially for beginner writers. Your child can practise their first letters and words with plenty of room. In Luxembourg, the book is a standard part of primary school teaching and is known as the "Affen" (monkey) exercise book.

The stapled book consists of 36 sheets of 80 g/m² recycled paper. The handy A5 format fits well in small school bags and on small desks.

Who is the R1 exercise book for?

The wide lines give beginner writers enough space for large, still uneven letters. The book is therefore suitable for first writing practice in class and at home.

R1 or R2?

The R1 book is usually followed by the R2 exercise book. It has narrower lines and allows the next step in learning. If your child still writes large and with little confidence, R1 is the right choice.
