POSCA Pop Colours 20-Piece Acrylic Paint Marker Set in Tin

POSCA Pop Colours – 20 acrylic paint markers in three tip sizes in a tin

The POSCA Pop Colours set of 20 acrylic paint markers contains 20 markers with matt, opaque water-based paint in a tin. You can use them to decorate wood, metal, fabric, ceramic, plastic and paper. The paint is lightfast, and the tin keeps the set together and is easy to carry.

The set is sorted by tip: 6 PC1MC pens (extra fine), 7 PC3M pens (fine) and 7 PC5M pens (medium). That gives you the right tip for details, lines and larger areas without buying extra pens. The paint does not bleed through paper, so you can also colour thinner sheets or cards.

Which tip for which job?

Use the extra-fine PC1MC for outlines, lettering and small details, for example on stones or wooden tags. The fine PC3M suits lines, patterns and smaller areas. The medium PC5M fills larger areas quickly. Because the paint is opaque, you can put light colours on dark surfaces and layer colours on top of each other. Let the lower layer dry first so nothing smudges.

Surfaces and fixing

On absorbent, porous surfaces such as wood, fabric, card, plastic, stone and metal, the paint adheres permanently. It can be wiped off smooth surfaces such as glass, windows and mirrors. This is handy for temporary window decorations, but not for pieces that are meant to stay.

• Paper and card: nothing further needed
• Fabric: iron on the reverse side
• Metal and wood: spray with clear varnish
