Faber-Castell Essentio Carbon Rollerball Pen, Black

Essentio Carbon rollerball pen in black – with carbon barrel and replaceable refill

The Faber-Castell Essentio Carbon rollerball pen is a black rollerball with a barrel made of hard-wearing carbon, for the desk, school and on the go. The ergonomic grip zone is set off in a contrasting colour and has a soft-touch lacquer coating. Chrome-plated metal adds an accent. The spring-loaded metal clip holds the pen securely on a bag or notebook.

The refill is black and dries quickly. That helps when your hand brushes over freshly written text, as the writing smudges less. The cap can be posted, so you can push it onto the end of the barrel while writing and it stays out of the way.

Changing the refill and adjusting the writing feel

When the refill runs out, you replace it and keep the pen. That saves material, and you keep the carbon barrel. If you prefer a finer, fineliner-style line, you can fit a fineliner refill instead of the rollerball refill. The ceramic tip of the supplied refill is designed so that the ink flows evenly.
