Botz Slip Trailer Tip Set 9030 – fine lines and lettering with engobes and glazes

The Botz adapter and slip trailer tip set (art. no. 9030) adds tips to the Botz bottles (art. no. 9031) so you can apply engobes or glazes in fine lines, outlines and lettering. The set contains 3 tips with diameters of 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm and 1.8 mm, plus an adapter. The set also fits the Botz engobe set 9040.

Using the set

Fill the bottle with engobe or glaze, screw on the adapter and push the tip you want onto the adapter. The inner lid of the bottle stays in place under the adapter. The 9031 bottles can be filled with engobes, Unidekor, and earthenware and stoneware glazes.

Which tip for which line?

The 1.2 mm tip draws the finest lines and small lettering, while the 1.8 mm tip gives bolder outlines. The 1.5 mm tip sits in between. Rinse the tip after painting so that no material dries inside and blocks it.
