Prym Natural Steel Cable – Swivel Cable for Circular Knitting Needles
The Prym Natural steel cable is a 360° swivel cable for circular knitting needles. You attach Natural knitting needle tips or Tunisian crochet hook tips and knit in the round or in long rows. According to the manufacturer, it is a steel cable with a nylon coating. Thanks to the swivel connection, the cable does not twist, even when you knit larger pieces.
The cable comes in 6 lengths. Choose your length from the options. According to the manufacturer, the packaging is sustainable and plastic-free.
Which length to choose
According to the manufacturer, the cable length is measured including the needle tips. Very short lengths therefore only work with short needle tips. For knitting in the round, choose a cable on which your stitches fit without being stretched much; for large pieces such as jumpers, you will need one of the longer options.
Changing the needle tips
According to the manufacturer, the tips can be changed quickly and easily with the cable key. This lets you use one cable for different needle sizes and switch between knitting needle tips and Tunisian crochet hook tips. Make sure the tips come from the Natural range.
