Prym Safety Pins 50 mm – Steel, Pack of 50

Prym Safety Pins 50 mm – 50 Pieces for Holding Layers When Sewing and Quilting

Prym steel safety pins (art. no. 085463) hold layers of fabric together for sewing, quilting and patchwork. You can also use them in everyday life whenever something needs to be held together quickly. The pack contains 50 silver pins, each 50 mm long.

The pins have a rust-protected coating. According to Prym, their slim points go into thick, firm materials as well while being gentle on the fabric. The steel used has a balanced spring tension, so the pins close securely even after frequent opening and closing.

What the 50 mm pins are suited to

At 50 mm long, the pins take several layers at once, for example in quilting, where you pin the top, wadding and backing together. A quantity of 50 is practical if you want to secure larger areas at short intervals. Place the pins so that you don't have to sew over them.
