Prym eyelets with washers Ø 4 mm, silver colour, 50 pieces

Prym eyelets with washers Ø 4 mm – no sewing needed for lacing and decoration

Prym eyelets with washers Ø 4 mm are rustproof brass eyelets that let you make holes for cords, ribbons or laces in fabric and craft projects without sewing. The pack contains 50 pieces in silver colour.

You can use them for lacing, as a decorative feature on clothing and accessories, or for home decoration. The brass is rustproof and the eyelets are washable up to 95 °C. This means they remain a lasting feature even on textiles that go in the washing machine regularly.

Fitting the eyelets

Mark the position and make a hole to suit the eyelet. Push the eyelet through the fabric from the front, place the washer on the back and press the two together with the tool. A firm fit is important: according to Prym, the eyelets should be fixed so firmly that they can no longer turn. Otherwise the eyelet may come loose when the fabric is pulled taut.

Which size?

With Ø 4 mm you get a small, discreet eyelet for thin cords, narrow ribbons and fine laces. The Prym range also includes eyelets with washers in Ø 5 mm, Ø 8 mm and Ø 14 mm for thicker cords or larger openings.
