Royal Talens Aurore Box Easel, Beech Field Easel

Talens Art Creation Aurore – beech wood box easel with paint drawer

The Aurore box easel from Royal Talens (Talens Art Creation) is a field easel made of beech wood with a wooden palette. You can use it for painting in the studio, at home or on the go. It is compact and, according to the manufacturer, easy to carry.

The drawer holds a wooden tray with compartments. This keeps brushes, tubes and other materials neatly organised and to hand. The canvas holder is height-adjustable, and a canvas clamp holds the picture in place.

Which canvases fit?

The maximum canvas height is 78 cm. Plan your format accordingly: you can clamp canvases or canvas boards up to this height. With the height-adjustable canvas holder, you can set the picture at a height that suits your posture. Depending on the setting, the overall height of the easel is 144 to 178 cm.

Carrying and setting up

At 5.6 kg and 66 cm wide at the base, the Aurore is easy enough to handle for outings, classes or a spot by the window. The wooden tray in the drawer is divided into compartments, so you don't have to store paints and tools loose. Use the wooden palette for mixing your colours.
