Natural craft matchsticks in a 1 kg pack for models and decorations

These natural-coloured craft matchsticks come in a matchstick format: each stick is approx. 2 mm thick and approx. 48 mm long. The 1 kg pack (approx. 1000 g) gives you plenty of material for models, mosaics, small frames or decorations. It is especially worthwhile if you need lots of sticks of the same length.

Because all the sticks are the same length, it is easy to lay and glue even patterns, fences, lattices or stars. You can leave the natural colour as it is or paint and varnish the piece after assembly.

Working with the craft matchsticks

For firm joints, glue the sticks with wood glue and let each layer set briefly before you carry on building. Hot glue grips faster but is harder to correct. If you need shorter pieces, cut several sticks at once in a bundle with side cutters. Painting and varnishing is easiest once the finished piece has been glued together.

Natural or coloured?

This version is unpainted and suits you if you want to decide on the colour and finish yourself. If you would like coloured sticks, the same type is also available in mixed colours, approx. 50 mm long, in a 500 g pack.
