The 2-piece pumpkin carving kit is a set of carving tools for Halloween pumpkins. It contains a carving saw for cutting the lid and the design, and a scoop for scooping out and scraping the inside of the pumpkin.

With two matching tools you can do both main jobs, hollowing out the pumpkin and carving the face, without misusing a kitchen knife.

How to carve your pumpkin

Follow this order for a neatly finished Halloween lantern:

• Draw the lid around the stalk and saw it at a slight angle inwards. That way it won't slip inside later.
• Lift off the lid and use the scoop to scrape out the seeds and flesh.
• Scrape the wall a little thinner where the design will go. Thinner walls are easier to saw.
• Draw the design with a waterproof pen and saw it out in small sections without pressing hard.
