Rayher Wooden Stamp Merry X-MAS Cats in the box

Rayher Wooden Stamp Cats in the box – winter motif for cards and gift tags

The Cats in the box wooden stamp from Rayher (art. no. 29226000) shows three kittens wrapped up warmly for winter, wishing you "MERRY X-MAS". You can use it to stamp Christmas cards, paper, gift tags and similar projects.

The block is made of Canadian maple wood and the stamp plate of natural rubber, which according to Rayher does not harden. The stamp belongs to the Butterer brand and is produced exclusively in Germany. The block measures 5 × 8 cm, and the stamped image is approx. 5 mm smaller. Allow a little less space on your card than the block size suggests.

How to stamp

Press the stamp onto the ink pad, then place it vertically on the paper. Press down evenly and lift the stamp straight off without shifting it, otherwise the impression will be blurred. A quick test print on scrap paper shows you how much pressure and ink you need. The motif suits Christmas cards, wrapping paper and gift tags, which you can then add to with pens or paint.
