Using the lobster clasp

The lobster clasp fastens necklaces and bracelets quickly and without fuss. Attach the eyelet to the end of your chain or band with a jump ring. To do this, open the jump ring sideways with pliers, slip the eyelet on and press the ring closed again. For the other half, you need a ring or a chain link at the opposite end for the clasp to catch on. Always open jump rings sideways rather than outwards, so that they stay round and do not open again by themselves.
