Rayher Seed Beads 2.6 mm Opaque – Glass Beads for Threading, Weaving and Embroidery

The Rayher opaque seed beads, Ø 2.6 mm, are small, solid-coloured glass beads with a hole through the centre. You can use them for bead animals, friendship bracelets, necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, belts and hair accessories. They also work for embroidering and decorating accessories and clothing. Choose your colour from the options.

Opaque means that the beads are not see-through. The colour therefore looks even, and patterns made from several colours stand out clearly from one another. The beads come in a round plastic tub containing 17 g, which you can also use to store them.

Working with the seed beads

For threading, you only need jewellery wire or nylon thread and a few beads. You will find instructions for weaving, threading, embroidery or crochet in books and online. For crochet with beads, thread the seed beads onto the yarn before you start crocheting, so that you can work them in stitch by stitch later.
