Meyco DEKO Cogs Gold, Ø 0.5–1.8 cm, 25 Metal Gears

Meyco DEKO Gold Cogs – 25 Metal Gears in Five Sizes

Meyco DEKO cogs are small metal gears in gold, which you can use to decorate scrapbook pages and DIY projects. The bag contains 25 pieces in mixed sizes, with diameters between 0.5 cm and 1.8 cm.

The five diameters (0.5 cm, 1.0 cm, 1.2 cm, 1.5 cm and 1.8 cm) combine well. Place larger cogs as a focal point and small ones as accents in between. The cogs are also available in the range in silver, copper and bronze.

Uses for the cogs

Meyco gives scrapbooking and DIY projects as the intended uses. The cogs suit album pages, cards, collages and mixed-media work, wherever you want to add technical or mechanical motifs.

Arranging the cogs

First lay the cogs out dry until you like the arrangement, placing the sizes so that they overlap or mesh together. Then glue them down one at a time. Because of their small diameter, tweezers help, and using only a little glue stops it from oozing out at the edge.
