The DMC Punch Needle Kit Patrick Panda (PN006K) is a complete kit for working a panda design using the punch needle technique. DMC classes it as a beginner kit (level 1). The box already contains the embroidery hoop, two fabrics, yarn, punch needle tool, needle and pattern.
The finished design measures approx. 15.7 cm in diameter, matching the embroidery hoop. A ribbon and a sew-on gift tag are included. According to DMC, you can reuse the box as gift packaging, so the kit is also suitable for giving as a gift.
Getting started
Read the enclosed pattern first; it is also available in English. Then stretch the fabric taut in the embroidery hoop, as the stitches only come out even on taut fabric. While you work, do not pull the needle completely out of the fabric when you move to the next spot. This stops stitches you have already made from slipping out.

The kit is for anyone who wants to try punch needle without putting the materials together one by one. The yarn quantity of 61 m of acrylic and two 2 m skeins of Mouliné Spécial is matched to the design. Tool, hoop and fabrics are already included; you only need a pair of scissors.
