Djeco 6 Activités Sea Craft Box, 6 Creative Activities for Ages 3–6

Djeco 6 Activités – craft box with six sea-themed activities

The Djeco 6 Activités craft box (art. no. DJ09294) brings together six different craft ideas on a sea theme in one box. It is intended for children aged 3 to 6. Materials and a colour instruction booklet with pictures are included, so all you need is somewhere to craft.

The activities alternate between sticking, colouring, cutting and assembling, while the theme stays the same. A child can decide what to start with depending on their mood, and the box can be spread over several craft afternoons.

The six activities

Each activity has its own materials.

• Collage: a sea scene is made from pre-cut thick card sheets, pompoms and googly eyes, which you assemble with the glue provided.
• Colouring: you colour the cards with the double-ended wax crayons; a sticker sheet is also included.
• Mosaic: on the thick sheets you create pictures from mosaic stickers made of metallic foam.
• Cutting out: you cut out the cutting sheets with the safety scissors.
• Assembling: the pre-cut sheets are turned into a totem using stickers.
• Transfers: on the large card you stick scenes from the transfer sheets.

Who is the box suitable for?

The box is intended for children aged 3 to 6. Because several techniques are included, children can try out what suits them: sticking and peeling off stickers are manageable for younger children, while cutting out and assembling demand more fine motor skills. Particularly when cutting with the sharp functional edges and handling the small parts, it makes sense for an adult to stay nearby. Because each activity works on its own, a child can work through them one after another and does not have to finish everything at once.
