Städter Liquid Food Colouring Green – drop-by-drop colouring

Städter liquid food colouring in green colours cake and biscuit mixes, creams, whipped cream and drinks. It is highly concentrated, water-soluble and neutral in taste, and according to Städter it complies with food legislation. The bottle contains 10 ml and can be dosed drop by drop, so you can build up the shade gradually.

The range is available in other colours.

How to dose the colour

Städter's dosage guidelines apply to a soft to delicate tint. For a more intense shade, add a few more drops as you wish. It is best to work drop by drop and stir well each time until the colour is evenly distributed. For cream, add the colour before whipping.

• approx. 4 drops for 125 ml clear liquid (water, sparkling wine etc.)
• approx. 8 drops for 125 ml cream (add before whipping)
• approx. 15 drops for 125 g marzipan with approx. 60 g icing sugar

What the colouring is suitable for – and what not

You can colour cakes, biscuits, creams, whipped cream and drinks. The colouring is not suitable for chocolate. Store the bottle in a dark, cool and dry place.
