Efco Round Wick Ø 5 mm – Replacement Wick for Flame Bowls

The Efco round wick, 5 mm in diameter, is a replacement wick for flame bowls. It is made of 100% cotton and tightly braided. At 2 m long, you can cut the wick into several pieces as needed and refit your flame bowl later.

The round 5 mm wick suits bowls with a wick holder or wick hole of the matching size. Before buying, measure whether your holder takes 5 mm.

Replacing the wick

Take the old wick out of the flame bowl and measure off the length you need. Cut the new wick straight with sharp scissors and thread it through the wick holder. Leave only a short piece sticking out above the rim: a wick that is too long flickers more and soots more easily. The tight braiding keeps the wick in shape and makes threading easier.
