Prym iron-on patches, twill, 13 × 13 cm – patches to iron on or sew on

The Prym iron-on patches (art. no. 929221) are square cotton twill patches for covering worn areas on jeans and cotton clothing. The card holds 4 patches in green, turquoise, pink and violet, 1 of each colour. The rounded corners and the adhesive coating over the whole surface help the patch stick firmly when ironed on.

The patches are 100 % cotton and washable up to 40 °C once ironed or sewn on. You can also apply them as a precaution to children's clothes and workwear in areas that see heavy wear, such as the knees.

Applying the patch

Place the patch, adhesive side down, on a clean, smooth area and press it on firmly with an iron. Then leave it to cool. For areas under heavy strain, such as knees or elbows, sewing on the patch or topstitching the edges gives extra hold. For long tears, you can cut the patch to size.

More than just repairs

As cotton twill cuts easily, you can also cut appliqués such as stars or hearts from the four colours and iron them onto clothing.
