Prym printable fabric – your own photos and designs on cotton

With Prym printable fabric you can put your own photos or designs on fabric. The 5 sheets in A4 format (297 × 210 mm) are made of 100% Pima cotton in white and can be printed with any standard inkjet printer. The fabric is bonded to a backing paper, which you peel off after printing.

Once fixed, the printed fabric is washable up to 30 °C. That makes it suitable for items you will want to wash later, such as sewn cushions, patchwork projects or bag appliqués.

Printing on the fabric

Place the sheet in your inkjet printer and print your design. Leave the ink to dry for about 2 minutes, then peel off the backing paper and fix the design by ironing. Only after that is the fabric washable. Follow the instructions on the packaging. Do not touch the printed area before it has dried, otherwise the ink will smudge.

What it is suitable for

You can print photos or graphic designs for sewing and patchwork projects. The fabric can also be used for quilt labels. Colours stand out clearly on the white background. One sheet covers a design up to A4, so plan the size of your design to suit the format before printing.
