Push lock with key – metal clasp for bags, boxes and caskets

The push lock with key secures bags, jewellery boxes, wooden boxes, cases and other handmade projects. It measures approx. 43 × 42 mm, is made of metal and is silver-coloured nickel-plated. The matching key is included.

The metal construction is designed for long-term use. The silver finish adds a decorative touch to the clasp and suits many materials, such as wood, leather or imitation leather.

What the push lock is suitable for

At approx. 43 × 42 mm the lock is clearly visible and needs a sufficiently large, sturdy surface. Before fitting it, check that the lid and body offer enough space and support at that point. Hold the lock against the workpiece first, so that you can mark the position and the distance between lid and body accurately. You can also use it for repairs when a faulty clasp needs replacing. As a clasp for jewellery boxes or craft projects it keeps the contents closed, but it does not protect against break-ins. Keep the key safe so that you can open the lock again later.
