Glorex mini nail-on hinges 12 x 15 mm, pack of 4 with nails

Glorex mini nail-on hinges 12 x 15 mm – small hinges for boxes and model making

The Glorex mini nail-on hinges (art. no. 61830208) are small hinges for lids and doors on jewellery boxes, small crates, models and other handmade projects. The set contains 4 nail-on hinges with matching nails. At 12 x 15 mm, they are barely noticeable on delicate projects.

You fix the hinges with nails, so you need no screws and no screwdriver. Four hinges are enough for several small lids or doors, depending on how many hinges you fit per piece.

Fitting the hinges

Place the lid and the body together in the position you want and position the hinges at the back. Mark the position with a pencil so that both hinges sit at the same height and the lid does not jam. With thin or brittle wood, pre-drill the nail holes with a very thin drill bit so that the wood does not split. Drive the nails in straight and carefully. Check beforehand that they will not break through on the other side of the material.
