Prym half trouser pockets, white – replacement for worn pockets

With the Prym half trouser pockets, you can replace worn pockets on jeans or trousers. They are designed to be ironed on; according to Prym, they can also be sewn in. They are made of 100% cotton and measure 14 × 17 cm (length × width). There are 2 pieces on the card, so you can repair both sides of a pair of trousers.

The pockets are iron-safe up to setting 3 and washable up to 60 °C. They therefore withstand washing of the repaired trousers.

When half pockets are the right choice

The half pocket replaces the worn part when the pocket bag has worn through but the trousers otherwise still look good. Prym also offers full pockets for sewing in as part of its range. Choose these if you want to replace the pocket completely. The white of the cotton is intended for the pocket bag inside the trousers.

How to use

Cut away loose threads and frayed fabric from the old pocket so that the new pocket lies flat. Then iron it on following the instructions on the packaging. If you prefer to sew the pocket, according to Prym you can also sew it in.
