With the Rayher 3D baby gift box, you make a box for money or gift vouchers from 15 wooden pieces. The finished box measures 11.5 x 8.5 x 5 cm and has an opening where you can hide the gift. The baby motif suits a birth or christening.

The pieces are made of natural wood. According to Rayher, the box is marked FSC Mix Credit. You can paint the wooden parts and sprinkle glitter into the wet paint. Then you assemble the box following the instructions and glue it together.

Making the gift box

First, carefully release the laser-cut pieces from the wooden sheets. Paint them while they are still separate, as this makes it easy to reach edges and inner surfaces. Keep the areas that will be glued later free of paint if possible, so the joins hold. If you sprinkle glitter into the wet paint, it stays in place as the paint dries. Then assemble the box following the enclosed instructions, glue the pieces together and decorate it as you like.
